Return Eligibility
All eligible standard in-stock orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.
The following items are final sale, non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances:
- Sale items and discounted clearance products;
- All personalized customized products, including five-element energy custom crystals, birth data tailored accessories, and one-on-one customized herbal formula bracelets. These items are tailor-made exclusively for each buyer with bespoke service and form unique energetic bonds after dispatch, hence they cannot be returned or exchanged. We kindly suggest you confirm your needs thoroughly before placing your order;
- Custom engraved or size-customized massage tools and gua sha boards;
- All digital products, including downloadable electronic documents, pre-recorded teaching videos, and online spiritual courses. Once download access or viewing permission is granted, no return or refund is available;
- Opened, used, or worn personal wellness accessories that cannot be resold.
After an exchange has been completed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
Returns for Refund
Returns for refunds must be submitted for approval via email at sofiayinyang8635@gmail.com prior to returning any item.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.
A return shipping fee will apply and will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the return.
Returns must be shipped using the label provided by ZHENGYUAN LIMITED. We are unable to accept returns sent using a customer-provided shipping label, as this may result in delays or the return not being processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Standard eligible physical items support exchange and store credit services.
Custom five-element crystals, personalized herbal bracelets, customized massage tools, and all digital products are not eligible for exchange or store credit services under any circumstances.
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee item availability for exchanges. If your selected item is out of stock, you will have the option to choose a different item of equal value.
Defective or Damaged Items
Replacements or partial refunds are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Please note:
Damage caused by normal wear, improper use, or manual abrasion does not qualify for after-sales service.
Return labels will be provided for damaged or defective eligible items within the policy timeframe.
Return Instructions (Approved Returns Only)
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship the item using the provided label within 3 business days of approval.
International Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible standard items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered by us.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Replacement items (for defects) will be shipped at no cost.
Cancellations & Service Booking Rules
Orders for standard physical products may be canceled within 5 hours of placement for a full refund. Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to processing.
For customized spiritual consultation and scheduled guidance services: Full refunds are available for cancellation requests submitted at least 7 calendar days before the reserved appointment. Free rescheduling is permitted for requests notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. If you choose to forfeit your scheduled session without requiring a refund, we kindly appreciate you contacting us in advance to free up the reserved time slot for other seekers.
Promotions & Gifts
Only one promo code may be used per order.
Promotions apply only within their specified timeframe.
If a return is requested, any promotional free gift must also be returned or its market value will be deducted from the refund amount.
