This website and the trading name ZHENG YUAN YI are operated by ZHENGYUAN LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

The registered office is not a returns address. Returns are accepted only when authorised in advance and sent to the address provided in our written return instructions. Parcels sent to our registered office, a sender address, or any other unauthorised address may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

These may include personalised energy jewellery and accessories, Five Elements products and watch bands, individually formulated herbal aromatic jewellery, personalised wallpapers or content, Feng Shui reports, consultations, readings, and analyses.

Once personalised work has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Genuine personalised or made-to-order items are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation and return where permitted by law.
