We are dedicated to bringing Eastern wisdom to seekers worldwide. Through our reliable logistics partners, we ship to a vast majority of countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and more.

Please Note: If your delivery address is in a remote location, we may contact you by email after your payment to discuss potential additional costs or alternative shipping arrangements. Please check your inbox for updates.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders where the total value of paid items reaches $100.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $100 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.90.

Important Notes:

  • Free Gifts & Weight: While free gifts add no cost to your order, they contribute to the total weight. If the added weight results in shipping costs exceeding the standard fee, we will contact you via email to confirm the price difference before shipment.
  • Oversized/Heavy Orders: For orders containing multiple heavy items or exceeding standard weight limits, we reserve the right to contact you before shipping to agree upon a reasonable additional shipping charge.
  • Import duties, customs tax, clearance fees incurred upon arrival at destination country are the sole responsibility of buyer; ZHENGYUAN LIMITED shall not cover any import-related governmental charges or customs fines.

Delivery Timelines

Total delivery time = Order processing time + Logistics transit time (excluding delays from customs clearance, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances).

Tracking Your Order & Non-Delivery

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 1-3 business days after shipment.
  • Package Not Received? If your package has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us at sofiayinyang8635@gmail.com. We will initiate a investigation into the status of your shipment with the carrier.
  • Packages detained, confiscated or destroyed by local customs due to restricted product rules, buyer’s missing import permission or prohibited local regulations are not eligible for reshipment or refund from our side.

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a 100% correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact our customer service within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made once the order has entered the packing process.
  • Digital downloadable products (teaching videos & documents) have no physical shipment; download access will be delivered via email within 1~3 working days after payment confirmed, no logistics tracking available for digital items.
