• Usage & Care: The stretch cord is convenient to wear but is prone to deterioration after being soaked in water. For safety, it is recommended to replace the stretch cord approximately every 6 months. Therefore, please REMOVE your bracelet before showering, swimming, sleeping, or engaging in heavy labor to prevent cord aging, breakage, and damage to the crystals.

To honor the unique energy connection established with each item, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
If you insist on returning an item, the following conditions must all be met:

1. Time Limit: Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Item must be in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition, including original packaging and all accessories.
3. Shipping Cost: For returns not due to product quality issues, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Provided the above conditions are met, we accept returns/exchanges for:

• Wrong Item Shipped: You received an item different from your order.
