Tracking Your Order & Non-Delivery

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 1-3 business days after shipment.
• Package Not Received? If your package has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us at service@zhengyuan.com. We will initiate a investigation into the status of your shipment with the carrier.

Every item you receive undergoes a dedicated energy cleansing and activation before dispatch, making it a solemn transfer of energy. We therefore sincerely ask for your thoughtful consideration before purchase. To mutually safeguard the integrity of this energy, we have established the following policy.

1. Return Guidelines
To honor the unique energy connection established with each item, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
If you insist on returning an item, the following conditions must all be met:

1. Time Limit: Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Item must be in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition, including original packaging and all accessories.
3. Shipping Cost: For returns not due to product quality issues, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns
Provided the above conditions are met, we accept returns/exchanges for:

• Damaged in Transit: Item arrived broken or damaged.
• Wrong Item Shipped: You received an item different from your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Processing

• After we receive and inspect your return and approve it, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

• To cancel a scheduled consultation for a full refund, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• No refunds are provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
