Tracking Your Order & Non-Delivery

To honor the unique energy connection established with each item, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
If you insist on returning an item, the following conditions must all be met:

1. Time Limit: Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Item must be in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition, including original packaging and all accessories.
3. Shipping Cost: For returns not due to product quality issues, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Provided the above conditions are met, we accept returns/exchanges for:
